Frequently Asked Questions

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (either monthly or yearly), and apply to a single workspace. They also adjust automatically when you add or remove members in your workspace. Adjustments are always pro-rated so you'll only pay for the time used by your members.

Is there a time limit on the free Personal plan?

No. You can use the Personal plan as long as you want and share your work with any number of viewer users.

Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?

Yes, you can pay either monthly or yearly. If you choose to purchase an annual plan, you’ll receive a discounted price.

What is the difference between viewer users and editor users?

Viewer users can only view existing notebooks shared with them - but not use (i.e. run) or edit them. Viewer users are also not be able to create new notebooks or other contents. Editor users can - depending on specific role & permissions - use, create and edit notebooks, as well as administer data connections and the workspace. Using a notebook (User Mode) means being able to change parameter values and execute the notebook while not being able to edit the notebook contents itself.

Do you offer a free trial for the paid plans?

Yes, you can try all features of the Team or Business plan for free for 14 days.

Can I run Query.me on premise or in my own Virtual Private Cloud?

Yes. We can make Query.me available as an on-premise deployment or provision it in a VPC at major cloud providers as part of an Enterprise Plan purchase. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
